Wheelchair Solutions - Refunds Policy

Should a product be returned within 7 days of sale in re-sale condition in its original packaging and no changes or additions made to the product a refund may be issued. If item was purchased by credit/debit card refund will be made to same credit/debit card. Cash or cheque payment refunds will be made by cheque which will be issued in 3-5 working days. We regret that we are unable to issue cash refunds.

Deposits for Bespoke Items once manufacturing has commenced are non refundable therefore changes or returns cannot be accepted.
